About

Our story started in Frederick, Colorado, when Bob Lawry opened Tri-Town Service in the 1960’s. Tri-Town Service served the area until 1977, when Bob moved to Mena, Arkansas, and opened Lawry’s Used Cars.

Richie Lawry moved to Mena in 1981 and joined his father, Bob, at Lawry’s Used Cars. Richie also opened an Auto Glass business, Richie’s Discount Auto Glass, which has operated alongside Lawry’s Used Cars since 1981.

Bob Lawry passed away in 2023 after operating Lawry’s Used Cars for 46 years. During that time, Bob collected a large number of classic and special-interest cars. Richie Lawry continues to operate Lawry’s Used Cars and offer Bob’s collection for sale.

In 2025, Richie Lawry, Kenny Van Orden, and Chad Beckman created The Bob Lawry Auto Museum to highlight Bob’s collection and offer the vehicles for sale through Lawry’s Used Cars. Come see the collection at 3008 Hwy 71 South in Mena Arkansas. We would love to meet you.
